Refund and Returns Policy
14-day return policy
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. First, contact the seller by writing to sinitsa17@gmail.com and specifying RETURN in the subject line.
The goods must be returned to our office (Koskenpääntie 461 Jämsänkoski 42300 Finland) or sent by post within 14 days in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging. The consumer pays for the return of the goods by post, and the shipping costs paid for the order will not be refunded. Please include a message with the order number to which the return pertains. After checking the goods, we will refund the money in the same way you placed the order. We will refund you as soon as possible after receiving the goods, but no later than within 14 days.
Complaint
If the product is lost or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error within 14 days by email to info@kukkatarhurit.fi with COMPLAINT in the subject line. If the parcel is damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with Posti about the product.
FRESH PRODUCTS, i.e. flowers and knitwear
Please note that fresh products (flowers) are not subject to return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
However, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been produced. You can cancel a seasonal subscription in writing within two weeks of placing your order, but no later than one week before the subscription season begins. Send your cancellation to info@kukkatarhurit.fi with ORDER CANCELLATION in the subject line. If the product was purchased from a farm or partner, it is not subject to return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaint
Flowers are guaranteed fresh. If the quality of the flowers does not meet your expectations, you must file a complaint about the product immediately after delivery. Flowers deteriorate every day, so late complaints will not be accepted. The complaint must include a clear picture of the product and any possible defects. We reserve the right not to process late or undocumented complaints. Send your complaint to info@kukkatarhurit.fi with COMPLAINT in the subject line.
